MORE ABOUT RICH

(He/him/his)

Dog lover, traveler, yogi, meditator, life-long learner, biker, hiker, snowboarder, and pizza connoisseur

Throughout my 30+ year career, I’ve worked mainly for and with Fortune 20 companies. I have had the pleasure of managing hundreds of people — both in teams and as individuals. Through this work, I found my purpose: helping people identify and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Early in my professional life, I experienced high levels of stress at work and wasn’t sure how to deal with it. What began as a search to understand WHY I would get really stressed, has turned into a life-long exploration on HOW to resolve stress, beginning with yoga and meditation. This led me attaining a MA in Transformative Leadership and Social Change, and ultimately to becoming a Life and Career Coach.

When I'm not coaching, you can usually find me at a concert, planning my next trip, or spending time with my fantastic wife, Shannon, and our four little rescue dogs: Chaucer (Chachi), Charly, Cheyenne, and Moxie. Our home base is the Philadelphia area, and I have clients all over the US and internationally.
